1. Senior Editor – Full Time Position (Central Leeds)

~ Senior Editor to edit a wide range of videos (FCP / AE and a wide range of MAC software)
~ Report to Head of Post, communicate with clients, suppliers and team members
~ Working with high end brand and leading agencies
~ Oversee studio booking system, manage edit suite workflow, technical processes, and multiple Mac edit suites
~ Manage internal edit team and the occasional freelancer
~ Uphold output standards, deliverables and deadlines
~ Contribute to our world class creative process
~ Work independently and as part of a large (and ever growing) team of professionals
~ Hit deadlines and work independently

3. Web Developer with Video Experience – Full Time Position (Central Leeds)

~ Oversea the design, build and deployment of Bradley Media’s various platforms across group
~ Working with high end brand and leading agencies
~ Uphold output standards, deliverables and deadlines
~ Contribute to our world class creative process
~ Work independently and as part of a large (and ever growing) team of professionals
~ Hit deadlines and work independently
~ Understand, develop and deploy all in-house using own skill sets and managing existing supplier agreements
~ Longer term ongoing content and technical management
~ Build in-house technical team
~ Report to the CEO and COO
~ Wide ranging skill sets including knowledge of:

a. Video:
~ video codecs and compression
~ streaming technology
~ device detection
~ FFmpeg and server side video encoding
~ Amesyth coding
~ Adobe Flash
~ Video asset management
~ video based metrics

b. Web:
~ AS3 and EC2 platforms
~ HTML5
~ Linux server and instance creation
~ CMS systems
~ eCommerce
~ mobile app development (with video)
~ Website code and build
~ Cross platform and device fluidity

Would be nice if you are:
~ Apple mac orientated
~ Experienced in Apple Server set up
~ Familiar with FileMaker and FileMaker server
~ Generally technically savvy

~ Cameraman to shoot a wide range of videos (TV, Corporate, Music, Brand, Mobile, Commercial)
~ Report to DOP / Studio Manager, communicate with clients, suppliers and our crews
~ Assist in managing 3 large studios, green screen, set build etc
~ Working with high end brand and leading agencies
~ Uphold output standards, deliverables and deadlines
~ Contribute to our world class creative process
~ Work independently and as part of a large (and ever growing) team of professionals
~ Minimum 5 years experience
~ Apple mac orientated
~ Experienced with Sony HD range (Z1, EX3, F3) and beyond

5. Producer – Full Time Position (Central Leeds)

~ Producing a wide range of videos (TV, Corporate, Music, Brand, Mobile, Commercial)
~ Reporting to Head of Production, communicate with clients, suppliers and four other producers
~ Working with high end brand and leading agencies
~ Uphold output standards, deliverables and deadlines
~ Manage studio and edit schedule, four film crews, call sheets
~ Manage internal music and VO selection, hair and makeup, wardrobe and props
~ Manage travel, accommodation, licensing and filming permissions for location work
~ Oversee casting requirements, project budgets and deadlines
~ Contribute to our world class creative process
~ Work independently and as part of a large (and ever growing) team of professionals

~ Minimum 5 years experience
